| How the Programme works to your agreement |

We will only fit quality parts and oils, manufactured to high standards. Work on your vehicle will only be conducted by skilled technicians. Whilst your vehicle is in our care, we will undertake to treat it with respect. Protective coverings will be used at all times.

We will always offer you the opportunity to inspect any parts replaced during service or repair. If you wish, we will then dispose of them on your behalf.
|
|
All parts and workmanship are guaranteed for twelve months or 12,000 miles (which ever is the sooner), subject to normal wear and tear.
